Troubleshooting an Unresponsive Application in ZiiO
Press and hold the Back button for 20 to 30 seconds to bring up the prompt.

If the prompt does not appear, perform a Hard Reset. Note that the tablet does not have a reset button. To do a hard reset, press and hold the Power button for more than 10 seconds. This action will turn off the tablet. Turn on the tablet and run the application again.
